Terms of Service

By using Prosperity you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

Followers authorize Prosperity to compute target allocations and place orders in their connected agentic brokerage account to mirror the funds they follow. You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting your brokerage.

Managers represent that the content they publish (names, theses, methodologies, links) is accurate and lawful, and that they have the right to publish it. Managers may set a fee model; Prosperity collects follower fees and remits manager payouts net of platform fees via Stripe Connect.

Custom tickers are platform-only identifiers and confer no securities, trademark, or other rights. Prosperity may reclaim or rename tickers that infringe rights or violate policy.

Prosperity is provided 'as is' without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prosperity is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from market movements, broker outages, or automated execution.
